Privacy policy

What we collect: the address you check, the answers you give about the house and your money, your first name and email, and payment status from Stripe (we never see your card).

Why: to build and deliver your report, to send the emails you asked for, and, only if you ticked the box, occasional storm-season emails.

Who processes it: Cloudflare (hosting and email), Supabase in the U.S. (database), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (writes the report text from the figures we compute; it receives the address and your answers, not your payment details).

What we never do: sell your data, or describe the people who live in an area.

How people use the site: we use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate and in anonymized session replays, how visitors move through these pages (clicks, scrolling, where they stop) so we can fix what is confusing. Text you type, your address and your report details are hidden from those recordings. Clarity is provided by Microsoft under its own privacy statement.

Keeping and deleting: we keep your report so you can open it again. Write to reports@herebeat.app to have your data deleted.
