Refunds & Cancellation

Herebeat subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all refunds and cancellations under its own policies. We can't issue refunds or see your payment details.

Cancel a subscription

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Herebeat.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.

Request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Choose Request a refund, pick a reason and select the Herebeat purchase.

Apple decides refund requests and usually replies within 48 hours. Apple's guide: Request a refund for apps or content.

EU and UK customers

You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Apple handles it through the same refund request.
